Delete your account

Effective date: 13 September 2026

You can delete your Qalasi account and everything stored with it at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent - we keep no copy.

Delete in the app

1. Open Qalasi and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity (Apple or Google identifier, name, email address).
• Your profile, including your language preference.
• Every route you saved, and the lists you filed them in.
• Every share link you created - shared routes stop working immediately.

Nothing is retained after deletion. There is no recovery period, so a deleted account cannot be restored.

If you cannot use the app

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email hello@qalasi.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

If you sign in with Apple using “Hide My Email”, write from that private-relay address so we can match it to your account.
